Get ready for our biggest eShop event of the year. Below is everything you need to know about this year’s Black Friday offers.

  1. 🎁 20% Off Sitewide
    • Discount: 20% off all products on the eShop.
    • Eligible Products: All items available on the online store, including sauces, noodles, bundles and gifts.
    • How to Redeem: The discount is automatically applied at checkout – no promo code required.
    • Exclusions: None at present. If any exclusions are added, they will be clearly marked on the product page.
  2. 🚚 Free UK Mainland Shipping On All Orders
    • Eligibility: All qualifying orders delivered to UK mainland addresses during the promotion period.
    • Service: Standard delivery service as shown at checkout.
    • How it works: The shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout.
    • Notes: Normal delivery timescales and courier terms still apply.
  3. 🥢 Free Wooden Chopsticks for Orders Over £25
    • Eligibility: Orders of £25 or more after all discounts in a single transaction.
    • Gift: One pair of Lee Kum Kee wooden chopsticks.
    • How to redeem: The gift is automatically added to the basket when the spend threshold is met.
    • Stock: Available while stocks last. If stock runs out, the item may be removed from eligible baskets.
  4. 🎉  Gluten-Free Bundle Giveaway (Prize Draw)
    • Eligibility: Orders of £30 or more after all discounts in a single transaction during the promotion period.
    • Prize: Five customers will each receive one Gluten-Free Bundle as an additional gift.
    • Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible orders placed between 24 November and 3 December 2025.
    • Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address used for the order within 7 days after the promotion ends.
    • Conditions:
      • Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
      • No cash or credit alternative is available.

    • Stackable perks:
      • A single order can qualify for 20% off, free shipping, free chopsticks and entry into the prize draw if the spend thresholds are met.
    • Order changes:
      • If you amend or cancel an order, this may affect eligibility for one or more offers.
    • Returns:
      • If you return items and your final spend falls below the relevant threshold, you may be asked to return any free gifts or the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

    • Availability: All promotions are subject to stock availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Lee Kum Kee (Europe) Limited may substitute a free gift with an item of equal or higher value.
    • Fair use: The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where misuse, fraud or bulk purchasing for resale is suspected.
    • Amendments: Lee Kum Kee (Europe) Limited may amend or withdraw these promotions or terms and conditions at any time if required, for example for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
