All Lee Kum Kee orders are sent via Tracked Delivery.

UK Delivery

UK Shipping (Mainland)
Countries include England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery - Tracked
Standard orders (Tracked) are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, with the tracking information. Orders are shipped by either Royal Mail or Hermes, depending on the weight and destination of your order.

Next Day Delivery - Tracked (Mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland)
Next Day (Tracked) shipments apply to Mainland UK destinations only. Orders must be received by 12:00 noon UK time to be eligible for next day shipping. All orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the following day using the Next Day service. Orders received at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be shipped on the next working day to arrive the following working day.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@leekumkee.freshdesk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@leekumkee.freshdesk.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In the event that your order does not arrive, please email us as soon as possible at support@leekumkee.freshdesk.com with your order number. Due to carrier policies that we have no control over, we regretfully cannot accept claims on missing orders after 14 days after the order-placing date. However we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
