I followed the recipe from the jar and the meal was outstanding. I added only ginger cause there was no need for garlic.
We made some beef and chicken dishes with Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce and the food was superb. We will definitely be buying again.

Black bean sauce is a family favourite, so buying a jar made sense in terms of quantity as we usually eat a black bean dish every week. This is so delicious, the garlic gives it added piquancy and being able to use as much or as little as needed works economically and taste-wise. I'll be buying again and telling my friends, especially as Lee Kum Kee's online service and choice is so good.
