Mushroom Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce (Vegan Oyster Sauce)
Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce is an all-purpose seasoning sauce, and it was specially created as a vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternative to the renowned Oyster Sauce. Although made with shiitake mushrooms, the mushroom flavours aren't too strong, and so compliments a wide range of Chinese and fusion dishes, and it can also be used as a dipping sauce. With the Mushroom Stir-Fry sauce, you can experience a similar texture and appearance in your dishes to Oyster sauce, but equally as delicious!
Marinating, stir-frying, stewing, as a dipping sauce, and also for using in gravy or sauce mixes. It can be used in many cases as an alternative to oyster sauce.
