    The real taste

    Having developed a mild addiction to Szechwan hot pots while working in China I have been trying to find a sauce that produced the authentic taste and heat and this is it! I have used it as a noodle and veg soup and as a hot pot base. Not for the faint hearted but great for addicts like me!
