A Culinary Essential

This is such a versatile seasoning for mushroom lovers. It's perfect for adding a natural flavour to fresh, tinned and even frozen mushrooms, and gives mushroom risotto and stir fries an extra depth. It's also a great standalone stock powder for both vegetarians and vegans that has become an essential in my store cupboard. Goes a long way too!
