Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce, is a classic vegan soy sauce, specially brewed from premium soybeans and wheat flour, with a unique consistency and warm, deep colour. It's the favourite sauce from the flavoured soy sauce range, and used by many traditional Chinese and Western cooks. The treacly texture, palatable flavour and rich colour means it is perfect as a seasoning for rice and stir-fries, or as a dipping sauce for dim sum, rice rolls or dumplings.
