A Good Selection of Gluten Free Sauces

As someone who has only recently started on the path of gluten free cooking (for my wife), I have found that finding gluten free sauces for Chinese cooking is rather difficult.

I was please to find this small range of sauces from Lee Kum Kee after been given a bottle of GF soy sauce to use in my favourite Chinese restaurant in China Town Manchester, which led me to their website and their other GF products.

The products taste excellent and will be an ongoing staple in my cupboard!

Teriyaki sauce

Yesterday I marinaded salmon in teriyaki sauce and is was delicious with broccoli and sweet potato fries. So good to have these sauces gluten free. Thank you
