Delicious marinade

Stir fried pork which had been marinated in the vinegar, garlic and ginger for about an hour. Very nice.

I use this sauce instead of plain rice vinegar in stir frys and chow mein recipes. It adds an almost smoky depth of flavour but it doesn't over power the other ingredients. A staple for any cupboard
