Cooking is straightforward. Boil the noodles for three minutes and drain. In a separate pan, mix the Dandan soup base and peanut sauce with 400 mL water and bring to the boil, then pour over the noodles and finish with the chilli oil. Add greens, tofu, minced pork or a soft egg to suit your taste.
